Is Color Splash Anything Like Thousand Year Door?

Just wanting to know if Color Splash is anything like Thousand Year Door (as opposed to Super Paper Mario)?

Nope

It's not like Thousand Year Door or Super Paper Mario, other than the fact it stars Mario, and has a Paper theme.

This game is actually closer in style to everyone's favorite Paper Mario game, Sticker Star.

Don't let these damn haters trick you. Its turned based battles like TTYD with timed counter and extra damage attacks. Only difference is instead of selecting a named attack you select that attack card and need to spend paint to use it. Game is going to be freaking awesome. Also a bunch of theme cards that turn the battlefield in to tripped out scenes like this one.

i'm not sure, the reasoning for Paper Mario's adventures have grown more casual since thousand year door. I never really got to play thousand year door but from what I see it's not about something as simple as stickers and stolen colors

To expect this game to reach TTYD levels of awesomeness is madness. Let's just hope it's better than Sticker Star. It does look a lot like SS, which is very not cool.

@TannerCKG: Make the screen cluttered with nonsense will probably not make it better than TTYD at all..

Gameplay is more important to me personally. And this doesn't look as fun to me.
