Like he said, DSiWare games can be downloaded on the 3DS. Zelda Four Swords Anniversary Edition is a DSiWare game so you can play it on your DSi, DSiXL and 3DS.

Lets just say its for both dsi ware and 3ds download. Its exactly the same game and plays the same. While it also connects to both dsi & 3ds for wireless play.

DSi - Plays DS and DSi format (including DSiWare) software. 3DS - Plays 3DS, DSi, and DS format software. The 3DS can play any game that can run on the DSi except those that needed the GBA slot.
