Is is used?

Hey every1, I finaly got my Wii & it's working great :D
But I have a prob, see I think my Wii has been used :|
Fact #1: The Wii data management has already files off Wii Sports(beafore I entered the disc) & Rampage: Total Destruction(but I don't even own the game)
Fact #2: I bought it on 12. April but the calander shows that it's already been used for Wii Sports & R:TD on March 23 & 27.
Fact #3: Wiimotes wrist strap & a bit dirty.
Fact #4: The console already had a nickname: elar. I'm not sure if the console named it self? :oops:

So those are the facts... But I don't know if the store where I bought it will take it back or give me a new one... Altough there were only 2 consols left & the other one was not packed... But when I opened the box, everything looked to be in it's right place!

But the consol itself works fine & the bats are still full.:)

 you could complain to them that they charged you full price for a used system, as you shouldn't have paid 250.

Thats definitely sounds used. If that store has more in stock and you really care, go ahead and return it. I can understand just keeping certian already opened items but something that expensive might tick me off a bit...DrewBlood08

 it doesn't help that there's nothing on the box to tell if it's opened or used, like a sticker or whatever sealing it.

It's probably used by one of the workers there, also when I loomk at the calander I can see that it's played on 2 days, all togheter a bit over 6h :?
I'm either going to ask for a new console or half my money back!:evil:

yeh 20 bucks is 20 bucks, almost half a new game, unless it's the mercury game, then it is a new game :D
