Is it just my eyes or is it normal?

When i play OoT in full 3D, there are times where the 3D effect gets distorted and i start to see two separate images like two Links and after some time it goes back to full 3D. It's pretty weird. Does it mean my eyes are defective or do you guys experience it too? I barely experience this when i play Samurai Warriors Chronicles though.

It happens - It's just something your eyes will get used to, however, if the 3D effect is too much you could always just turn down the effect with the slider.

Though, the game still has ghosting (double images) for me at times. Ghosting issues are also caused by your eyes getting tired.

It also happens if your eyes aren't focused on the center of the screen like if you tilt the 3DS or something.

I tried to force myself to like the 3D for quite a while, but I just don't. It stays off 100% of the time now, which feels like a huge waste.

I've never had to restart the console because of ghosting, or as some put it 'double-imaging'. I've found that I experienced this most during my first weeks of usage. My eyes were often strained and I couldn't play for more than half an hour before the ghosting appeared. My solution was to simply turn the 3D slider to a low setting and work it back up slowly, each and every time you play. Give it a week and you'll be used to playing on full without ghosting.

A second tip, the vertical tilting of the console can sometimes produce ghosting. Try tilting the console up and down and see if that improves the image. I've had to do this a few times in recent weeks. As I say though, i've never had to restart my 3DS in order to get rid of ghosting. Not to say that it isn't a solution.

your not holding the 3ds steady enough... lay on your bed superman style with your elbows on the bed...it will be awesome...

but cutscenes will have this double image thing sometimes even if you hold it perfect.

I just turn the console a bit or ignore it. Playing MQ in full 3D. First playthrough was with 3/4 3D or less.
