I have my wii on top of my dvd player underneath the tv. Will it ruin the wii or tv from the magnets?

Home electronics are built specifically to minimize the electromagnetic interference they put out. You should be more concerned with the extra heat from putting your equipment close together, than any extra magnetism.

I wouldn't recommend it. You should try not to stack anything on your electronics.

I would assume that the Wii, being designed to work with a TV, would be perfectly fine standing on top of things that go with a TV. In fact, I would assume that an awful lot of Wii owners do this. Its fine, stop being paranoid.
