i dont think miyamoto founded nintendo. nintendo was a trading card company before it was in the video game business. im pretty sure that miyamoto didnt have much influence in the company until they changed gears to games.

No, the correct spelling is Fusajiro Yamauchi. Nintendo was founded in 1889, and Shigeru Miyamoto definitely wasn't involved back then.

No, the correct spelling is Fusajiro Yamauchi. Nintendo was founded in 1889, and Shigeru Miyamoto defiantly wasn't involved back then.thriteenthmonke

If we're being picky about spelling and grammar, I feel I should point this out. Defiantly? What was Miyamoto defiant about?

Was he defiant in his lack of involvement? No, he was not.

He wasn't even born in 1889. I doubt his parents or even his grandparents were born then.

Exactly. Shigeru Miyamoto didn't even join the company until the early 80's, and Donkey Kong was his breakout hit. He's a Nintendo exec now, but he's never been president. In fact, Satoru Iwata is the first Nintendo president to not be a Yamauchi (either by blood or marriage).

Miyamoto was an artist who designed the pictures on the arcade machines back in the 80's. Nintendo was founded by Fusajiro Yamauchi in the late 1800's. They were originally a trading card company then a toy company then a video game company. After a while on the job Shigiru was offered a chance to prove himself as a game designer because Nintnedo was desperate, and needed to get back up after their previous arcade flop so he took the oppurtunity and created Jumpman later named Mario, and then they got crazy rich,and........yeah. Hope i helped.
