Its due to the size of the DS library. Retailers have no room for all the games so the older ones get phased out. That leaves no need to keep making new copies. Most games sell their best in the first month anyway.

FF:RW has been out in Japan for over a year and more than 6 months in the State. Its likely ony sold a few thousand since Christmas. It s not profitable to press, package, and ship for so little return. Same for FF:CC, its likely out of print also.
Well whether FF: Revenant Wings is out of print or not you can still buy it NEW off walmart or targets websites. Pretty sure my local gamestop has copies as well.
