Is it worth getting a Wii for...

...Sper Mario Galaxy 1/2, Zelda TP and Mad World ?

Im thinking of getting a wii jiz and those 4 games are pretty much the only games I'm interested in playing on the wii at the moment.

Do you think I should buy it just for these games ? Also I own ps3, 360 and PC and I don't game casually (party games ect. ect)

I bought a 360 for only Mass Effect and BioShock so I'd say getting a Wii for 4 amazing games is worth it. Those are games you don't want to miss out on if you're a gamer and there are other great exclusive games to check out too someday whenever you beat those.

SMG 1 & 2, andZeldaTP are worth it. Madworld is only worth a rent though. Overall, buying a system for 3 games? I wouldn't say it's worth it. Depends how much you value the cash in the end.

Other games to consider: Metroid games, other Mario games (including Kart and New), Wii Sports Resort, Little King's Story, Okami, Smash Bros., Boom Blox Bash party, etc.

Also with Epic Mickey, Donkey Kong and Kirby coming out, they should be considered.

If you are gettinga few more of these games, then the Wii is worth it.

I doubt if you went through with it that it would stay at those 4. I bought a wii originally for 2 games and now I have much.. much more.

In your case no. Sure Galaxy 1 & 2 and TP are great, but no system is worth purchasing for only 3 games IMO. its just a waste of money. After u beat them what are u gonna do? Sell it for 1/3 of the price lol. Try looking at other Nintendo 1st part games. I would want to have at least 5 games to start with (not buy all at once, but eventually get) Madworld isnt rly worth any system purchase. As for me. I always buy Nintendo stuff because I know there is going to be more than 1 Nintendo made game for the system.

Wii is just as awesome a console as the rest. If you can really afford it, buy it.

How would we know? :? You know how much a Wii plus those games would cost. You're the one who can best judge whether you believe the experience of playing those games are worth that price.

Surely there must be something more to interest you than that? Also, Mad World is really repetitive. It might look cool now, but you'll probably be bored in just a few hours. If you ask me, I wouldn't buy a console for only 4 games. Have you played Resident Evil 4? Cause that is a must if you haven't.

I bought a Wii for mainly Twilight Princess,Galaxy and Brawl but other games like Corruption,RE4,New Mario Bros and the VC.

you need at least 10 games you really want because at this point spending 100-200 on two 90s games and a 80 isnt worth it. also you could buy zelda on gc and those things are like 20 bucks now.

The Wii's the cheapest console on the market. If you enjoyed older Nintendo games as well as those games you listed, I'd think it'd be worth it, if you can afford it. There's a lot of great classic Nintendo games on the online market which I would most definitely pick up if I didn't have access to older Nintendo consoles.

Not to mention that every Gamecube game is compatible on the Wii, so you have a whole extra generation of games you can thumb through (not saying there's a LOT of great titles, but there's a few :P )

My Wii library isn't huge, but Metroid Prime, Resident Evil 4, No More Heroes, and Monster Hunter are great non-casual games for the Wii, too.

Madworld is almost the price of a rent. I saw it used for 10$ at ebgames.

For those games? Yes, definitely. I'm picking up a PSP just for Monster Hunter Freedom 3. And maybe KHBBS.

I dont know if its worth it because you have been playing xbox360 and ps3. If you can get over the graphics not being on par with those systems then yes its worth it. The motion controls are gonna feel really odd for you. Just remember one thing dont go in thinking ps3 xbox 360 and you will be fine. Honestly i would go buy some more games for the system you are currently owning.

The Wii has more fun games than the chorefest games the other consoles have. If you like something different and fun, get the Wii. Unless you are dull and boring.

Mad World might not be worth much but the others are great and there are many others as well.
