I rented Madden 10 last night (game sucks btw) and placed in the drive. I click start and the little disk on the screen starts to spin and then the screen goes black and tells me error and to eject the disk and turn off the power to the system. I did eject the disk and turned off the power, wiped the disk with my shirt (disk was not really dirty though) and it then played fine. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yeah it was probably the game but at the same time nothing like that ever happened to me nor did I know the Wii had a such error message.

Yeah this has happened to me many times, wii is still working fine though so I wouldn't worry about it. If it starts to happen a lot you might want to grab the wii lens cleaning kit
