Is Nintendo finally going to reveal the new Zelda this year?

I remember them saying something about the "new" Zelda already being in production for a year (wasn't phantom hourglass). So is this the year we finally get some good news?

So far all we have is news that the Mario and Zelda teams are working on something new, so it probably isn't a Wii-make. Nintendo will probably announce the name of them at this year's E3 event.

I'm assuming they aren't, because then if they do I'll be pleasantly surprised.
