No, no, no. The only thing it lets you do is play random battles with strangers online. Playing with friends is more fun, anyway, and you can do that on the DS.
its only good if u have any pokemon game for the DS, since u have it id say u would enjoy it..if u dont then is a total waste of time and money.. trust me u get a lot more out of it if u have the DS version.
i was wondering the same thing.... i dont know if i should get it because it looks sorta cool and stuff... but its true all u do is battle... but its cool to bring ur strong hard worked DS pokemon into the wii and beat everyone, dont u think? i dont know if i should get it or not

I rented this game and it was a waste of my 7 bucks. So how do you think I feel about spending $50 on it? My point exactly, you're better off with Pearl. When the price on this game drops, maybe YOU could pick it up since you have the luxury of having leveled up Pokemon to play with online thanks tothe DS and Wii connection

Have you even played any of the game? I think that people who don't like pokemon are just pressured by todays society and thats what makes them not like pokemon games. Personally i think pokemon games were great, there like final fantasy with a little more different prespective on things. I don't really think of pokemon as pokemon i think of it more as a great RPG. And i have Pearl. Now back on topic. Don't buy it until its atleast less then $20, thats my plan.
