I bought pokemon pearl and and wii play at the buy 2 get one free toys rus sale, and super paper mario was sold out, so I got pokemon revolution. If I like pokemon, is it worth keeping? If not should go back and exchange for super paper mario when it is available? I already have zelda TP, RE4wii, and MP3...Dr_DudeMan
Depends, if you really want to see your pokemon from your DS in 3D and use Wii-DS connection, keep it. Otherwise it's just a waste of money imo since your basically playing the battles just like you would on the DS just in 3D. But if you really like the idea of seeing/battling pokemon in 3D, by all means enjoy it!
I'm interested in how you think that it's 15 dollars.
Wii Play 49.99 (US)
Pokemon Revolution 49.99 (US)
Pokemon Diamond 34.99 (US)
So you take the two highest priced games and you pay 99.98 for all three
That means each game is (roughly) 33.33

I was basing the 15 on the fact that I was going to pay 85 for wii play and pokemon pearl prior to the toysrus sale announcement.
I wasnt even planning on getting super paper mario, but if figured why not? and unfortunately it was sold out, but they said that if i keep revolution wrapped up I can exchange for super paper mario when they get it in stock.

Ohh gotcha
Just as a heads up watch the sales and keep all slips so you can price match this time of year. Since I see you like the opportunity to save money make sure that you always give yourself the best opportunity to get the most for the least.
this is an easy one play pokemon if you dont like it get super paper mario which i really like i love to play it

What do you mean by broken? And I am leaning toward exchanging it. I also have 45 days so I could wait for guitar hero 3, manhunt 2, and SMG.
Pokemon Battle Revolution does havea large amount of wifi activity meaning if you want to battle random people online you should keep it. Also it interacts with diamond and pearl. You can use your DS to control the game for instance once you set it up for that. meimnobody
So a pokemon fanatic would enjoy it despit the terrible reviews?
[QUOTE="NEILMEHTA"]No, its shallow, i beat it in 2 hrs tops. And online isn't that good.NEILMEHTA
I'm a huge pokemon fanatic, and it was a huge waste of money.
Ok, well then I will exchange it for super paper mario, manhunt 2, or guitar hero 3...
what are u doing in the wii forums smb? lol j/k anyways just do what every1 else is telling u to doits got bad reviews (well most that i haveread)if you wanna play a longer and more decnet 3d version of pokemon buy xd gale of darkness or pokemon colloseum and play them on the wiithey are much longer
but 15$ is a good bargain really

It's a good addition to Diamond and Pearl. But it's basically just an expansion pack, thus the low score. I have it, I enjoy playing my Pogeys online in a Battle-Dome (from Emerald) type environment. If it's 15 dollars, it's worth the price definitely, especially if you enjoy Diamond and Pearl.NECR0CHILD313
I really do like pokemon, and my prob with super paper mario is that it got good reviews, but not great, which kind of makes me want to just wait for SMG and skipping paper mario for now...but if this game really stinks, I might as well get rid of it, but now its getting some defense from pokefanatics like me, so now I am considering keeping it...lol

They dont have pearl/diamond connectivity though, and thats what appealed to me in the first place. Is it like pokemon stadium for the 64?
I dont know if you cando this but, get PBR, dont open it, and change it for galaxy on the 13th...
chelosera91
well the receipt says 45 day return or exchange policy, so I think I could do this...i think...

They would probably not let you do this since you got it by usinga two for one deal and since SMG wasn't out while the deal was taking place, they wouldn't/won't exchange PBR for it.

The guy at the register said it shouldnt be a problem, and I have a gift receipt for it.

Ok, just make sure it's the same guy at the register when you return it, otherwise it probably will be a problem lol.

Well regardless, the original dilemma was should I swap it out for super paper mario which was part of the sale...
If the choice is between Pokemon and Paper Mario, then get Paper Mario.thisguy51
No, thats not it, toysrus had the buy 2 games, get one free sale, so i got pokemon as my free game because super paper mario was sold out, but they said i could exchange it for super paper mario in the future, but since it worked out to be about $15 with the sale, I was contemplating just keeping it.
