You will want to like it because the premise is intriguing, and the game actually looks ok in parts but the over all package is a big let down. Sorry I doubt that is the answer you wanted.
This game is more of overall personal opinion. So you would need to try it out for yourself, rather then take opinions from others. Some people like it, some people don't. I thought it was okay, but it could have been much, much better.

rent it first-thats what i did and loved it, still enjoy it. some people like it, other hate it, try it first!!! oh yeah if you do get it and the pointers all jumpy try these things...
-close the curtains if there's sunlight between you and the TV
luckily i didn't read all this beofre i got my redsteel copy. infact, after playin this game at a friend's house, i saw wii's fps potential and kinda fell in love with the accuracy / speed of the wiimote aiming vs dual analog. we played single plsyer mode - good level variety - some of them are just so awesome with lighting effects, plenty of weapons, sword fighting's a bit stiff...but with the advanced controls option it seeemed better although not perfect. so okay sword fighting ain't it, but hours of single player and multiplayer fun it does provide. so believe it or not, THIS game pretty much convinced by into getting a wii...this was THE reason why i ended up buying a wii - simple innovation that gives new life to existing game genres.
