I'm just curious because mine is still lvl 30 (I never raised it yet) and idk if it's even worth raising. Not to mention, which is better? Sky form or normal?
Shaymin is a move offensive-minded Celebi. Actually the difference between them is that Shaymin has a more limited movepool, but has Seed Flare and Is a pure grass type, which does not give him a Pursuit weakness.
It can be useful in some few teams, filling few specific roles, but overall, Celebi can do anything he does, and do it better.
