Is Spirit Tracks an improvement over Hourglass? No stupid Ocean's temples?

I mean, PH had some good ideas, but IF ST avoids all the mistakes, I will go to gamestop right now and get it. (If they have it)

But I need to know a couple of things....

Is the gameplay of ST more innovative? (ST is getting less favorable reviews than PH)

Is there a temple you go back to over and over again? ( I hope not)

Is the train something like the ocean travels? Or more innovative?

If the answers are yes, then I will invest my money in this. If not, then please let me know. Thank you guys!!!

It's more or less the same, unfortunately. I've found it's much easier to roll, though.

Well... There is, but you'll never be forced to do the same floor more than once.

It's pretty similar, although you don't have to draw your entire route, as the train can pretty much start, stop, and change direction whenever you want it to.

The gameplay is the same. There is a temple you go to over and over again but it's different each time. No backtracking or redoing things. I personally think the train gets old fast. Don't get me wrong, it's a good game. I just feel like it's obscenely short compared to previous Zelda games.

Yeah, the gameplay is pretty much the same. The train is as bad as the boat as far as adventuring goes. I thought it was a bit more innovative with the items and puzzles, but not by a huge amount. You go back tothe sametemple over and over, but as has been said, it's different every time. I like the music more and the story is much better. And Zelda is better than most of the other companions in past games.

I'd say no actually because at least with Phantom Hourglass there were more locations the train felt so boring. I wasn't a fan of working with Zelda either and the controls sometimes wouldn't do the attacks I wanted them to and I hated the Spirit Pipes.

Yeah, but the tracks for the train don't limit you to sailing. You can go anywhere. Even Under water!

There is still a central dungeon, but there's no time limit and you don't have to replay the floors again.

A few of the traditional items seem to be gone, and it relies on mostly new stuff. The story makes it feel fresh to me.

Transportation is faster and more convenient now. I like the train, personally.

they've redone the Ocean King Temple in a good way... as they've said you don't have to pass through the lower levels all the time.... in fact, there's one level there that i really like
