Well considering the "age" of these games, your best bet is to get it used...
Its not that bad really...you get it at a better price then what you would have to buy it new
i have alredy checked those pages but i couldnt find new games. There are only used games. Any other suggestions?Nanu-Go to finderscheapers.com. And put the game's title in the search bar. Then it will list NEW and used games from different places. Good luck!

Any other suggestions?Nanu-Unfortunately, RE and Advance Wars Dual Strike are out of print, which means that if you can't find any leftover new copies in stores, there are no new copies left in circulation. You can check the usual suspects for a new copy and look at some smaller gaming stores that might not have cleared out all their merchandise like a bigger store would, but it's been some years, so they're probably all gone. Some online stores/resellers might say the condition of the game is "new", but that's usually just that the copy changed hands without being unwrapped, or a store sold them their display copy and they're reselling it.
If you want to play them at this point, you've got to get a used copy. You could try supporting the devs in other ways though, like put the money you saved by getting it used towards buying Advance Wars Days of Ruin, or buying an RE game for Wii (if you have one.) By the way, I want to commend you for wanting and trying to buy it new. :)
"ResEvil DS" is worth getting new or used. Why do you specifically want a NEW copy? Are you a collector?ston3henge
No but i would like to get all the stuff that came with when the game was released and have to be in good shapeso thats why i preffer new cause more of the used games are not in good shape or with all the stuff.

Stuff? And I get used games from say GameStop all the time with the games being in great shape.
Since I figured out how Gamfly.com has printable directions for every game under the sun, I could care less about the packaging... I don't use the cases either, I have a carrying case for my cards. Just a personal pref, but I'd rather pick up a game for cheap at Gstop or the like re-sale shop without all of the hoo-haa... after i get the controls down the packaging is useless. I'm a keeper of games though, too... I don't buy randomly anymore and I keep what I do pick up in order to pass the system down to my nephew someday, complete with a library of games.
Suit yourself though. I would STILL buy "Resident Evil: Deadly Silence", if it was covered in mud and the label was ripped off, I would buy that game cards... that's how bloody good that game is and how much I value it in my collection right next to my GBA "Doom", "Doom II", and "Wolfenstein 3D" carts as must-have portable games.
Now if they would just give in and port over RE2...:D
I have seen a few RE second hand but I know what you mean I would rather purchase a new game than risk getting a 2nd hand they may not have instructions, old saved games etc.
Although it may be rubbing salt into the wound, RE was the soul reason I got a lite back in 2006. It is a great game and new copy or not I would search every nook and cranny of any game stores you come across to see if they have it in. Then you could try ebay but I know myself I dont buy thing off that site whether they have wantI want or not.
Hope you manage to find the games you are looking for.
