hello, i currently have psp, ps2, ps3, sp, and pc gaming and im wondering if i should get into ds. the only major thing thats holding me back from getting the ds lite is the stylist pen just casue maybe i've not used it in my life before considering that i dont have a PDA. anywaysi just have few questions to ask and see if its right for me.

1. does the ds lite have the built in wifi like the psp does?

2. are there good RPGs and adventure games considering those are my favs to play (for the horde)

3. and is it too late to join now? i mean can nintendo just release a new ds in a month or something? like how apple releases new ipod every sec.

any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. thanks a lot!!!

Yes, the DS has wifi. I can't answer the RPG/adventure games q, but I'm guessing you'll hear from others what games they are addicted to in those categories (like Contra and Call of Duty 4 seem to be talked about quite a bit right now!). I don't think it's too late since the DS continues to sell extremely well. DS has recently (Nov 07) stated that they have no plans to update the console since sales are still strong. I think the DS's fairly low cost also helps reduce the pain you might have when/if a new DS comes out any time soon. So, go for it! You obviously enjoy gaming, so why not?! TW

1. The ds lite does have built in wifi

2. There are lots of good RPGs for the ds (FFIII, Etrian Oddesy to name two) not to mention you have access to the massive gba library of RPGs.

3. There won't be a new ds anytime soon seeing as how they are still selling like crazy

And the touch screen isn't hard to use at all. In lots of games you don't even have to use it. Anyway, the ds may not have crazy good graphics like the psp, but it has great games on it.
