63 songs, I believe, though I'm not 100% sure on that. I'm just going by memory. My brother owns the game, and I've been going over to his house to play it pretty much every day since it came out.
The replay value is pretty much endless, though, since you'll want to master every song with every instrument. So yeah... that's pretty long.

Personally, I'd wait for Guitar Hero IV, which is set to release this fall. It has drums and a mic as well, plus online play and create-a-song mode. It will be a more robust experience than Rock Band on the Wii.
