Is the sky blue DSi feminine? xD

I have a white DSlite, and I'm selling it to buy a DSi. I liked the black and cyan versions. Once I asked a friend of mine which color looks better, he told me I should take the black one 'cause the sky-blue one looks feminine and targeted for the girly crowd. xD and he was dead serious.

I never really thought about it before..this's not gonna change my opinion on the matter, as I'm still leaning for the cyan DS, but I just wanted to hear your opinions on the matter.

i personally dont no any boy with the blue one so yeah lol...

yupp, in real life its mostly girls with them. i do know that my schools boys basketball team captain has a blue dsi, and one of my buff linebacker friends has a black one.

on topic: i dont think so, but a bunch of the girls i hang out with have the blue ones

If it was pink, I'd agree that it's girly, but since it's blue, I'd say not, you know the blue = boy, pink = girl thing.

the ligh blue looks nice actually. but with the black u cant see scratches or anything.

Feminine? Nah; it looks more neon-blue to me. Personally I think it looks cooler than the black ones.

I'm a dude and I feel pretty fly playing on my blue DSi. :P But it does give my gadgets a brighter side, with my black ipod classic, black psp, black phone. I love it though. :)

Sorry for the double post...yadda yadda yadda. But just as a side note, in the first season of Power Rangers the only girl was the pink ranger, in Japan. But when it came to America Bandai or whoever thought it would be unfair to have only one girl with a bunch of guys, so to make the crowd more diverse they turned the yellow ranger into a girl specifically for the U.S. and other English reiterations. :) So Yellow ranger= actually a boy.

Looks more like a baby blue coloring, but I would take it over white. White is impractical to me, it shows dirt & stains too easily.

It's just a colour. I'll admit, if I wanted a DSi, I'd take the Black one, but seriously. There are NO SUCH THINGS AS GIRL/BOY COLOURS! Heck, if I went an bought a new DSlite, then I'd go for a Pink one. I like the colour pink, my friends DavidAND Dan say that pink DS's are better. (Don't ask me how)

Bought the Blue DSi yesterday and I'm a guy. I think the Black looks wayy too bland. :S

I bet the blue one looks cooler under a black light lol but in all seriousness when I finally do get a DSi I'm going with the blue one. It just seems cooler to me. Not feminine. At all.

Well, I can't comment on feminity, but I'm a male and I quite like the light blue one.

I prefer black and white, though. And black. I love black, especially when it's the color of my handheld system.

I don't think the cyan one is a feminine blue. It's a cyan-type color, one of my favorite types of colors. I don't want the black one, as my DSL is black and I'd not be able to tell the difference sometimes. One of my friends has the blue one, and he's a guy. I think he's the only one I know in my area with a DSi. Soon I shall get one.
