Charger stand? Yes, they are out. Why would you need a cooler stand?

The only system that even needs a cooler is the 360.

Don't even bother with some 3rd party charger when you can energizer rechargeable who have been in the business and know the best way to make rechargeables. Also energizers are less expensive. As for coolers I'm getting this one when it comes out just cause it looks cool but it also has a cooling fan. http://www.ebgames.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=802630  You really don't need a cooling fan because it won't overheat so like I said I'm only getting it cause it looks cool.

The PS3 is also in danger. My friends have had theirs overheat because it has one big fan that operates at low RPM to make it quiet but apparently it is not enough speed to cool it sufficiently.

If your Wii is hot then you need to contact Nintendo because it's broken
If it's warm that's norrmal for anything you plug in.

Unless you're seen your Wii malfunction due to heat, you don't need one.

Well if it is being suffocated by the things around it or if the fan is facing doewn on the carpet yeah it will overheat. Thats just common sense. But if you are a rational human being the Wii won't overheat.

I believe the reason my Wii overheated was due to my room getting hot. My room is pretty small, both the TV and the computer was on, and my window was closed. So.. it depends on the environment.

The wii never gets hot enough to need a cooling fan. As for charging station. Waste of money. I have the same pare of rechargeable batteries in my wii-remote for four weeks now on the same charge. If they get low, I just pop my other set of rechargeables in and I'm good to go.

Common sense? I didn't think that the Wii would break by being on in a fairly hot room. This is extremely bad and I believe Nintendo have a problem. To cool my room off every freaking time I'm going to play the Wii is not common sense, in my opinion.

It's called turning on a fan or opening a window. I would hardly call that hard.

I'm just saying that it's very bad that the Wii overheat if I don't do that. Gaming consoles shouldn't overheat. I've never had any problems with my GC or my PC for that matter. I thought the 360 was very poorly built because of the overheating, but it seems Microsoft shares this problem with Nintendo this time around. I've turned off WiiConnect24, now that I have a new console, to prevent this, which is pretty lame.

Yes but if your room is so hot it's to the point where a console is at the verge of overheating all a fan is going to do is circulate the hot air that's already in the room. Fans are used to bring cool air where it normally wouldn't go on it's own. If you run a fan in a hotbox then all you're doing is moving hot air.

You still need to solve the problem of getting cool or even normal temperature air into the room   Fans are never needed for the Wii when you use it as it's meant to be used. Now if you keep your Wii in a bad environment then you are doing something that Nintendo never intended for you to do with your Wii.

That's true. I'm just a little mad that consoles tend to overheat much easier nowadays. You could probably put the GC in an oven, and it wouldn't overheat.

I think the Wii should be able to handle about 60 degrees celsius/140 Fahrenheit.
