fake. you telling me that the only thing keeping the top screen connected is a small square? seriously, i've seen plastic spoons with more durability. and no buttons. and a completely unconvenient "thing" on the left. and there's another name on the top cover. and it's not even a DS advertisement, it's a freaking cellphone. they just threw clips of old games in front of a still image during their "demo".
