Now let's make fraction with the amount of those games and all the rest of the games on Wii!
Oh, and by the way, half those games suck serious arse.
There still a good amount of T and M rated games on the Wii.
Though that is true. And what's worse is that most of them suck.
i guess i must really be dislecsic today
Learn to spell "dyslexic". And "dyslexia" has nothing to do with disagreeing with Nasek's post. But you're right in that there are a good amount of T and M rated games on Wii.
No Nintendo fan should have bought a Wii thinking it was going to give them just as many or more hardcore experiences than 360 or PS3.
But having said that, what is wrong with a 20-something year old purchasing and enjoying Smash Bros, Galaxy, Zack and Wiki, Geometry Wars or Excite Truck? All those games can be enjoyed very very much so by the mature crowd.
The only kiddy games I could see are maybe the minigame titles (Carnival Games) and Wii Music if that's not you sort of thing. But is the Conduit designed with kids in mind? Are they oging to recognise distinct Washington landmarks? No. Dead Rising was critically acclaimed on 360, and it's now coming on Wii. Are they downgrading the violence or blood? No. MadWorld and No More Heroes are more examples of excellent 'mature' software on Wii.
Sure, there is a lot lacking in Wii's library, but people forget there are many diamonds in the rough that are worth of a mature gamer's attention. Medal of Honour Heroes 2 is also a great effort on the machine.
