- Inital level: 50 - All moves are 5/5 PP besided Iron Defense which is 15/15 PP

How to get it:
Insert Diamond or Pearl in Gamestop

Select Mystery Gift on the main screen

Let it load, and then start up the actual game

Go to any Pokemart and talk to the man in the uniform next to the counter *Note: Must have a slot in your party*

You need a Pokedex to get it, and have to be as far as the second town (For the Pokemart)

I wasn't expecting an event so soon after Darkrai. Maybe Toys R Us's deal is up, if so i'll be much happier going to GameStop than there. It's a lot closer (Less than a mile away compared to a 30 min drive for TRU). It's too bad I have to wait a week since I have Pearl, but I'm just happy we're getting Deoxys!

Why are you guys so hyped for this? You can use an Action Replay DS to catch it...and please don't give me any of this BS about it not being authentic. I've unlock all the events for getting the secret pokemon using it on Diamond and they are the ginuene events with the ginuene pokemon. Stop feeding in to this "unauthentic" BS Nintendo has been feed you all since Red/Blue.

You won't have to wait a week. I know that it looks that way on the flyer, but it's actually just showing the graphics for the box arts and underneath it says "First Weekend ----- / Second Weekend -----". So everyone has two chances to get Deoxys, no matter which version you have. =D

Also I have 11 Jirachi's so much so I'm fed up with the litle blitters, Pokemon channel's main use... ah well and aparently you Americans can get Celibi as well... lucky somewhats.

It's not the "unauthentic BS" that concerns me. It is the fact that cheating devices such as Action Replay can corrupt saved files. I don't want my 150+ hours Pokemon file to be screwed up just because I wanted an event Pokemon.

If it's anything like the previous events, then no. I haven't even beat the elite 4 and i've gone to both of them.

When I went to get Darkrai last weekend, I had had the game for only four days and had not even beaten the first gym leader. :)

well i remember back in the fire red and leaf green days, there was a chance to get mew in Toys'R'Us, but it was only in the U.S. and I doubt it will be in Canada this time... And Also, Canada doesn't have Gamestop. We only have EB Games.

Gamestop/EB Games/Babbages are all the same company so I'd check to make sure it is or isn't there.

When you go to an event that's what allows you to get the Pokemon. But after you do I don't think there's any use for it. I know you can only have 2 or 3 max though.
