Manhunt 2 banned in all world (right now is banned in UK, Ireland, Italy and USA) made him happy as hell.

look his statement here: http://www.rockstaruncut.com/

What a sad day in the videogame history. It seems we (who would like to play manhunt 2 as it was intended) lost this one. Every single country in the world is banning it and we must see this a$$hole happy.

Don't worry, it'll be released as an M rated game, then Jack will try to ban it again, then R* will laugh in his face, he will cry and we will be that one bit happier

Next up on thelist GTA 4. Will that pass a 'M' rating?

Soon we'll all be reduced to playing Kiddie games. :(

It isn't technically banned in the US... Just from systems built by Sony and Nintendo.

I think Take 2 is partly to blame for this if it is true what that site has Jack saying...that he warned them and all.

I'm not saying that I think the game should be banned, but if a game was so violent that it got AO, then why do we need it? How does violence help gaming? Personally I prefer nintendo's approach to gaming (and yes I am an adult).

If it's AO, stores like Wal-Mart won't carry it. So basically, thegame isbanned.

I'm still not going to buy it even if Manhunt was so much toned down and become a E rated game.

I think the point is that each and everyone of us should have the rigth to decide whether the violence helps gaming, or whether they would enjoy it or not.

Interesting debate going on in SW along these lines http://uk.gamespot.com/pages/forums/show_msgs.php?topic_id=25717304&page=0

As I said, I actually think uber-violence in videogames is a cop-out.

I cant believe that they banned it, they could at least have it so you have to be like 21 or something to buy it or be with a parent but no they had to be stupid

im not buying it because i think it looks stupid but still for those who want it your getting ripped off... i think they will tone it down to M rating

Well sure, stores like Walmart aren't going to carry AO games any more than they'd carry NC-17 movies.

i agree that if a game is violent enough to get an AO rating, it doesn't need to be that violent. but unless i'm mistaken, the "warnings" given by Jack were more like lawsuit threats. he's such a nutjob..

It isn't banned worldwide, but it is banned in
UK & Ireland (was denied a rating, meaning it can not be sold),
US (was rated AO, meaning Nintendo doesnt want it sold),
Italy
and probably Australia (because they banned the origional game)
