I just bought a Wii!! Yeah!!!

I bought a n extra controller I can only afford to buy 3 games right now. Does any body have any recommendations.

I have Zelda TP and RE4 on gamecube.

I was going to buy -

1. Super Paper Mario

2. Super Monkey Ball

3. Raymen Raving Rabbids

Any suggestions, are these games fun, worth buying, or should I pick something else out?

Thanks

I'd say Super Mario Strikers is a good idea if you want an online game.

Also, whatever you do, save some money for Metroid Prime 3 (coming out at the end of August), which will definitely be one of the best Wii games of the year.

I hate that whole robotic idea that a person can just look at a list of games and say "gee I guess I'll pick one of these!"

What is so wrong with just letting users make topics asking for advice?

You can ask people in the thread which games he should get. There is nothing robotic, it just keeps the board from getting crowded with "What game should I buy?" topics.

i would avoid Super Paper Mario, personally I was really disappointed by it (i loved the first 2 in the series)

If you already have Zelda and Re4, I would recommend Warioware, Excite Truck and Mario Strikers.

I recommend getting RE4 again on Wii(at $30 it's worth it, controls own), and saving some cash for Metroid Prime 3 on August 27th.

Excite Truck
Super Paper Mario
Wario Ware: Smooth Moves

And if any of those don't work for you, go for Sonic and the Secret Rings

Don't tell him to avoid it just because you didn't like it.....It was a very good game and many agree aso there's a good chance he'll like it too.

Get RE 4, the Wii controls are wonderful! I have it for GC, but there is no going back. It's only $30-with Wii controls--not a bad deal at all.

You should also get Super Paper Mario as well. However many of these games hardly take advantage of motion sensing controls. If you want something that really pushes the Wii's controls, then go and get Rayman and WiiWare and also wait for Madden 08 (Aug 14th)to come out. I know with this being a Nintendo forum...there are hardly any sports games fans here, but Madden 07 changed alot of minds. I know I'm recommending a bit much than what you asked...but do yourself a favor and save up for Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (August 27th).

How many nunchucks do you have?

WarioWare works with just one wiimote and offers a huge multiplayer experience. Get it.

RE4 is a great revisit and offers tighter controls and extra content for a lower price tag.

Zelda, I'd skip over. It won't change that much by going to the Wii and you already have it.

That leaves 70 bucks?

I'd say either go on the VC pick up $20 of games you missed and preorder MP3 OR! pick up Strikers and put the extra $20 on MP3 pre-order.

Whatever you decide to do, I'm sure you'll have a blast! Enjoy man!
