Just bought Red Steel for $20

...and holy crap is this game underappretiated by gamespot. I'm glad I got it so cheap, but 5.5? Damn. I'm a little late on the purchase, but I feel for a wii launch it's pretty solid. I'd give it 7.2-7.6 range. Anybody else feel this a good game?

I rented it before, and its ok. Not worth a 5.5, or a 8.0, your rating range is decent though.

It's got enjoyable moments. Too bad it's mostly technically broken. And some of the graphics in the game were really good (the dojo, anyone?). But other parts looked rushed and awful. Very bland and washed out textures and character models.

But some of the shooting and swordfights are pretty cool and it's action heavy enough. Still, it gets hard to shoot when your cursor starts to go all over the place for no reason...
