Just got a Wii! :D

Hey folks I am a big 360 fan, but I wanted something more casual that I could just pick up and play, and I was interested in the Wii's lineup so I pick one up yesterday.

So far I'm really pleased with my purshase, Wii sports is very fun, but Wii Play is kinda lame (Only got it for the controller.), but the tank/cow racing minigames are fun. Hopifully today or tomorrow I'll pick up a couple games (LoZ:TP, and RE4.).

Best three games to buy are Galaxy, Brawl, and Mario Kart. Galaxy is the best one-player game on the system, and Brawl and Mario Kart are the best multiplayer games. If you were a big online player on Xbox then Nintendo's online gaming might disappoint you somewhat, but Mario Kart actually has pretty solid online play.

Super Mario Galaxy will probebly be the next game I get, looks great from the gameplay videos! I'll be hooking up my Wii online soon, but I really didn't buy the Wii for online play, that's what my 360 is for. But I am looking forward to brawl as well!

I think online play for Brawl was lacking, actually, but Brawl is still a good game regardless.

As others have said, get Mario Galaxy. You'll get a better impression from the Wii than you will from RE4 or Zelda TP.(they are great games but do not showcase the Wii, IMO)

I'm on the PC/PS3/Wii team. :P ...Traded the 360 for the Wii.
