I am definitely going to buy Chrono Trigger when I get the chance, but I was also thinking about getting N+ or Castlevania OoE. But I'm just looking for anything fun and not too short. Know of any?

PS I'm not into Final Fantasy! (except tactics)

Long gaems I've played: The World Ends With You (25 hours I think is how much I spent), Proffesor layton (Not super long, more like 12 hours.), Dragon Quest IV, Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, and uhh..... Hotek Dusk is also pretty good. Chrono Trigger is must and you are wise for wanting it. Merry Christmas, bro.

If you can get them, the Phoenix Wright series is amazing. But if not, Sonic Chronicles lasted me about 15 hours

TWEWY is great, and it's lenght varies depending on how you play. If you rush through the story it'll be a bit above 20 hours, but if you want collect all items, fight all optional bosses and completing all the post-ending quests, it'll be between 50 and 100 hours. The Pokemon games and LoZ: PH are also great, lengthy games.

Any of the DS Castlevania games will take you around 10-20 hours. Order of Ecclesia didn't have much replay value, IMO.

The World Ends With You should take you a good 20-30 hours, but there's zero replay value IMO.

N+ will take you 100+ hours to clear all of the stages if you don't become an hero first. The level edit mode is horrible though.

Bangai-O Spirits may take several hours to clear all 170+ stages, but the level edit mode should take away hundreds of your hours if you're a creative soul.

Izuna 2 should take maybe 30-40 hours. Izuna 1 had a better story but 2 has much-improved gameplay.

Disgaea DS should take you 20-30 hours on your first romp.

Geometry Wars Galaxies could take 50+ hours to get Gold status on all stages, depending on your skill.

Hotel Dusk is a great time sink, especially if you like adventure games. I lent my copy out to a friend, got it back recently, and he spent over 90 hours in it.

Pokemon Diamond/Pearl and Advance Wars: Days of Ruin are two DS games that can keep you occupied for a while. Animal Crossing: Wild World is also a good choice if you're into simulation games.

Both Pokemon and Animal Crossing are games that you can just keep on playing and playing. They only end when you choose to stop playing.

if you want content, and i means TONS of it, go with FFTA:2. i've done 171 of the 400 quests, and spent 57 hours. the story isnt as good as its predecessor, but i had alot of fun with it.
