Lol, imagine 32 players on the same monitor...
Oh jeezz  i can't even fit that many in my room.My god, Nintendo devs seem to have hit online full force. Mariokart 12 player (Maybe more) online, MoH 32 player Online, DBZ was announced online too.Duckman5
what if thats what they were saving online for? To make it awesome when it does debute. IDK how you can have 32 players and no voice chat, so they have to make voice chat. FPS's online are usually pretty team based
[QUOTE="2good2betrue"]Did he say it also comes with the zapper to? (imo, the zapper looks freakin sweet)Duckman5I don't know but yeah this Zapper kicks the other Zapper's ass. It looks awesome. For real.

i dont think it will come with the zapper, but reggie said the game will have 10 Moves just for the Zapper so i guess it will be better if you use it. for $20 it sounds sworth it.
Well, if the Wii's going to be even more powerful than the Xbox, which I believe had a 50-player online FPS(a port of DF:BHD, was it?), then I'm sure it can handle it. Now I'm just wondering about a few things: -Why in the bloody nine hells did they neglect to mention Battalion Wars 2 whatsoever? That game has online play, does it not? If so, why didn't they even MENTION it? -How is communication going to be handled? USB or Bluetooth headsets? -Will anything on the Wii pry me away from Crysis' Power Struggle MP mode? (It's like Battlefield, only better.)NamelessPlayer
power has nothing to do with how many connections can take place. The DS has a 16 player online game, spectrobes.

Obviously he was talking online multiplayer in that you can have a 32 player match with out that. EA seems to be hitting the online experince on the Wii really hard.

Yeah, they said we're sorry for all the crap we cashed in at launch and we'll make it better. So far they have.[QUOTE="NamelessPlayer"]Well, if the Wii's going to be even more powerful than the Xbox, which I believe had a 50-player online FPS(a port of DF:BHD, was it?), then I'm sure it can handle it. You're right. The Wii could even handle MMOGs if any developers saw fit to develop one for it. But in the case of a FPS, having too many players connected at once could overload the system if you don't bog down the graphics somewhat to lessen the burden...and given that FPSs tend to be aimed at graphics whores, they'll probably have less people playing at once rather than downgrade the graphics to keep framerates up when more people join the fray. Do you think there's a PC on the market that could handle a game with Crysis-level graphics, physics, and destructable environments with the massive amount of players(probably anywhere from 200 to 1000 on a single map)and giant maps of WWII Online or PlanetSide without sinking into single digit framerates? There's also the chance that some games aren't really designed to have a large amount of players. The new MoH could be one of them, perfectly capable of handling even more players without any graphical downgrades, but having a 32 player cap because the maps would be ridiculously overcrowded with, say, 64 or more players.Does he really think the friend code system is realistic with 32 players online? Or maybe there is an xbox live type of online on the way. This is all all of course if he was referring to 32 players ONLINE, not lan, or with bots.skullkrushaThere's always random matches and groups playing and you can jump in on the fly.

All we know is that, so far, EA is more or less ignoring the friend code system and using their own. But as I said earlier, I won't care about this game unless it controls as well or better than Metroid.

I don't know.. BWii was one of the things i wanted to see...
It will more then likely be Blue tooth... that'd have to be a hella long USB cable...
and I have not heard about Crysis' power struggle mode ? but probably NOT if its like a super battlefield :D

Inonline FPS' there is lot of team based stratigies in team deathmatch etc.. that need communication. So I hope Nintendo allows this game to have voice-chat in random matches.
