More than I thought it would get.

F*** THAT!!
Link's Crossbow Training is the greatest pack-in game since Duck Hunt, and if any moron knew how to rate a FREE game, they would give Link's Crossbow Training at least a 9 just for being a fun freebie! Just because Nintendo is just so freakin' cool. I personally think it's an AMAZING game... due to the fact that it was a FREE PACK IN.

I agree completely
It is kind of like how wii play is a $10 game because of the free wiimote that comes with it. Regardless, they should rate games based on how good they are and not the cost.AdRock92
To a degree. They DO take into consideration the deal you get. In example; the review for The Orange Box said that you are really getting your moneys worth paying $60 for 5 games. So, taking that into consideration, paying $20 for a Wii Zapper AND Link's Crossbow Training is a steal, especially considering that they were originally planning on selling the Wii Zapper alone for the same price.
In other words, Link's Crossbow Training was a FREE game (as I have elaborated on already). The review should be based on the fact that it is a free inclusion with the Wii Zapper - and with that consideration, I honestly think it deserves a better rating. Best bang for your buck, right?
Was a bit disappointed to read that you couldn't calibrate the setup so you wouldn't need a crosshair to actually shoot accurately...
Will be getting it regardless anyhow, looks like a fun cheap diversion for a bit until I pony up some more cash for RE:UC.

You can adjust... but it is still not as precise as old-school light guns when it comes to accuracy.
"Accuracy is more important than precision"
By reading the rest of the paragraph I was able to figure out what they meant, but am I the only person who thinks that statement make no sense whatsoever?

In measurements, acuracy refers to how close you get something to the target. Precision refers to how sure you are that the result that you get is trully what you think it is. So, if you need to measure out 1 ounce (for you americas) and you measure out 2 ounces, your accuracy will be way off, but your precision might be excellent if what you think is 2 ounces is really 2 ounces.

Accuracy - Hitting the target
Precision- Hitting the same place every time
7.0 isn't a bad score if this was a game you had to go to the store to buy, but for a free pack-in game, it's a ridiculous score.
You're paying for the Zapper, the game is a bonus. Based on that it shouldn't get any rating at al.
It's unfair to compare this game to other FPS games like Umbrella Chronicles, because obviously this game was not intended to be purchased on it's own, thus less effort went into the creation of it. As a free game it's awesome, as a game you would have to pay for seperately it's nothing to write home about.

I haven't heard too many positive comments about the Zapper, and also the review of this game hints that the Zapper stinks..
Isn't there a Zapper review coming up as well? With comparisons between normal and zap-mode in games like RE:UC, Link's crossbow training etc..?!
