LostMagic... Too hard??

Im finding this game really hard... i just got it yesterday, and after an hour im finally at chapter two... i keep having to redo quests because i always die... is there a trick to make this game a little easier... or is it just a hard game?

ive not played that game for a few months cause im stuck and cant beat the place im stuck on=/

I haven't played that game in a while, but from what I remember matching up the types of your monsters with the enemies makes a huge difference. Make sure you've got monsters of the opposite alignment of those you are fighting. Sure, your party will take more damage, but you are there to heal them. If you can keep the enemies focused on your monsters instead of you, the game becomes much more managable. I can't remember what monsters I used to beat the game, but make sure you have a good selection available to you; don't get tied to the same group for every mission. If you do that you'll have more time to play around with your spells and learn which ones work in different situations.

Once you figure out how to deal with the bizarre learning curve, the game is a lot of fun.

yeah all about elements and their weakness.. much like pokemon.. LOL

You guys found it hard? I was able to crush that game with ease though granted some quests are a little difficult you just have to level up a bit. The hardest part is just being able to beat some of the bosses but that is it.

Depending on where you are at try to learn all of the spells you can and work out from there remember to look at the symbol for some of the spells because some you have to tap and drag to make the spell large (ex. the rain one allows you to make land on the lava).

Also make sure you level up your character's level and magic thing because that will make it easier to cast a spell. Check out some of the wide spells those are very effective I mean the ones that take out the entire place where you fight. Finally the spells that make your character attack

Finally try to make your own symbols because the pictures are very difficult to draw normally for example wind3 rather than that draw a swirly sign and it works and for earth ones round off the corners do all of these things and you will be able to cast spells very quickly.
