where is the place you can lure fish?
You can wish in any place with water I think...Or maybe you need a dock...I don't own the game, but I know you need to fish for a cat at the start of it >_>
i havent playd this game in a long time but its along the zora river in the same area where the house with the canoe minigame is in. You have to adavance far enough in the game and u open a door along the side of the area.
