The better question is why wouldn't he be? He has been in the past two games and it is called super smash bros. and since the only bros. in the game are mario and luigi I thought there is a 100% chance he is in the game.
OK the game is called "SUPER smash BROTHERS brawl," if he is not in the game, it means thatNintendowants to forget abouthim completely, which is not happening... plus waluigi confirm for brawl
