Madden IS ONLINE!!! YAY

Nintendo power had a few pages about the game and it said it is online and u can compare the online to the online of the other concoles of this game!!!

so what do u think??????? 

Guess Nintendos finally letting 3rd party Devs into the wii online service :) This announcment might actually warrant me buying a madden game now. (havent touched one sine 02 :P)cyprus646

 i highly recomend it becasue the last madden for wii even without online is easily the best madden ever and im a madden fanatic so wii madden online = greatest sports game ever (hopefully)

I played Madden07 at my friends house and it was definately beyond awesome. Can't wait to pick up '08 later this year...

The lack of online was basically the only thing keeping me from buying last year's Madden on Wii, so naturally I'll be picking it up now. I'm very excited for it.WiiForAll

Last I heard, the Bigs doesn't have online. 

im having a party next week and im wondering is madden a good party game for sports fans? btw ill have 4 nunchuks and controllers. ive heard nothing but good things about madden (not including online).fudg__er

The only problem I experienced when I had a party and people were playing was that it took them awhile to get a hang of the controls, and even still they were bad.  If they have wiis go for it, if they don't I would hold off on it unless you want to totally pwn them, but that wouldn't be fair.

JL: On our main menu we have some of the mainstays--play now, exhibition, online, and our own arcade version of home run derby. Rookie challenge is our big single-player mode, and that one will take a good 20-plus hours to beat.

He doesn't say the Wii version doesn't have online, he just says THEY have online. So it's safe to say it's online.

I could have sworn I saw something on GoNintendo today that was commenting on how they thought there wasn't any online for The Bigs. I can't find it... I could be wrong.

I just saw that it's being released on June 25. That's when PBR is going to be released.

1.) PBR is the first online game for Wii.

2.) If we haven't heard anything concrete about online yet, then I doubt it's there.

I just don't think it's in the game... I'm sure it will be pushed back though.

I don't really like it either, but I might pick this up. The controls are supposed to be amazing and online sounds good.
