Madden Wii remote glitch/problem

whenever i play Maden my cursor on the screen indicating where the Wii remote is pointing starts jerking around evrywhere, even if i put down the Wii remote; i can fix it by just pointing the Wii remote away from the screen but the problem comes back after a few minutes

P.S. This doesnt happen on any of my other games

mine does that when the battery gets low......so you might wanna try that.....not saying that it would work cause probly its not the same problem but try it.
