Nintendo wasted their time for Urban Champion, Virtua Fighter 2 (Genesis), Baseball, Soccer, Tennis, Legend of Kage, Mighty Bomb Jack,...

As for Spider-Man, I don't know. It's a question of licensing with Marvel Comics. Also, I don't remember many SM games. Maybe they were on the SNES or Sega Genesis.
