OK i have a problem I have finshed levels 1-7 but I dont have the key that opens the door you are talking about where do i get it???
You need to beat the second bowser level. When you go to the basement, you'll see a star door. Open it. You'll have to get the 1st star of the level 9 since it's blocking the pit to go to the bowser level. After you'll get the star, the water wall will go behind the pit and enter it. You'll be on the second bowser level. Beat Bowser and you'll have the key to go where you need to go.
