Mario Kart DS Cheaters??

I recently sold my psp to get a ds and i love it. mario kart is one of the games i own and i play it online and i have noticed some wierd things happening. i have a good record (15-12) but i have noticed that SOME people (not to be stereotypical but alot of japenese players (i.e. with names like suraki and such)) will be losing to me and near the finish their cart will skip and hop around the track and literally go like twice as fast as the other players and they end up winning. the first time i saw it was on baby park and i dismissed it as lag but i have seen it happen 5 times in the last two days. has anyone else experienced this?

sorry if this is a dumb question but what it snaking? is that the drifting because i do that

its called snaking...technically ts nit cheating...and i do it somtimes too. but its really hard to master :?alchemist007

Yeah, snaking looks like that when you're looking at someone you're playing against doing it, but when you actually do it, you'll see that it's normal looking, and is a good way of winning.slinky6

No but their is cheaters, none the less, I once versed a guy who seriously everytime falling off the cliff appeard "magically" back on the track without lakitu lifting him up.EndlessPunisher
