mario kart ds by far nsmb is only like 3 hours long and minigames theres like i dunno about 30 minigames and some wack mario vs luigi game that gets old in 2 mins
mk ds is like 20-30 hour game and then its got multi player battles and stuff keeps it going
mkds is the winner for a 35 dollar game but i bought mine new for only 20 were u buying ur games at nsmb is worth 20$ in my thought. too short.Â
get mk because it's got wifi and you also don't need friend codes to play with others online, but the only downside is you will usually always run into someone who snakes, but still so its probably the best game on the ds.
i agree with these guys. they are BOTH well worth the money. NSMB is a must-play game imho.
but mario kart has the wifi multiplayer that gives it TONS of replay ability so if you can only afford on i'd start with MKDS, but get NSMB at some point in your life.
mkds although NSMB is an awesome game as well but MK has the online factor although if you have friends with DS's then both are a blast, NSMB multiplayer and mini game multiplayer are awesome
Both are good games that you should both pick up some time but if you want to get your moneys worth get Mario Kart DS, getting all of your stats up will last you a while and it has wi-fi, you never know what could happen in those races
I'd reccomend the M Kart, because you got the Wi-Fi and replayability. With New Super Mario Bros, there's no incentive to hundred percent complete it, and you can easily finish it in a weekend rental.
