Why do people disconnect.

I had my game for two days and i was winning my first first place finish and all of a sudden everyone disconnected.

Is that still my win???

We have all been there...they have no honor. It is really annoying, and no, you don't get a win.

That's why you should only race with people you trust (if you don't trust them completely, then race with them once, and if you're about to win and they disconnect, then you should just delete them of your friend code list thingy)

Thats some sad people who have to disconnect at Mario Kart lol. I mean really, who cares if you lose? It's still fun to race.

you may not get a win, but they take losses according to the number of races. i think that's how many anyway

Yeah, it annoys me when people disconnect. I've never done it, and I'm usually at the bottom in other games.

Sometimes people really need to go.. or sometimes they get disconnected.. sometimes they do it to piss you off (and it works).
