so i never played the 1st strikers due to the fact i only owned a PS2, & i'm also not a big fan of soccer. but ive heard good things about it & that it adds puzzle elements on the field w/action & soccer. that sounds kind of fun & interesting+the fact that it uses of course, nintendo characters that we all love & know. now i don't really have all of the money in the world to spend on horrible or even mediocre, O.K. games. they need to be good or great, solid, fun, well-made titles in order for me to actually consider buying them. but 1 of the biggest parts of charged is the wi-fi online mode. do you know if it will be worth playing? or if you live in another country (im in the U.S.) how is it? will you get bored of it quickly? & just overall do you think this game would be worth my time & money? (i need a game to fill my needs until MP3 releases on the 27th of August!) thanks for the help!
Iam from europe and i got mario strikers charged two weeks ago and iam loving it.it has a single player that lasts a lot of hours and a lot of modes to keep you interested.the biggest thing of this title is for sure multiplayer and especially online.the game is so fast,so addictive and so fun that if you play it online and with friends you will not be able to stop playing it before you realize that you have been playing for five hours and you need a break before playing it again.it is simply a great game with an awesome gameplay and i think it is one of the best multiplayer games you can find in any console.
I 'accidentally' played Mario Strikers Charged from 9pm until 7am a few weeks ago. I was playing online and was just about to go to bed when I noticed it was getting light outside :oops:
Good thing it was a Saturday morning.
Oh, and I'm not anywhere near what you'd call a hardcore player, it's just with matches only taking 10 minutes or so it's quite easy to tell yourself 'just one more game'.
It's a great game honestly you sit down, turn it on and next thing you know it's six hours later. But to be honest I find it personally one of the hardest games I've played this year, it really is challenging but that's what keeps me hooked ;)

haha ive done that five times. just to make sure ime striker of the day on two ocasions. lol, by sunrise i had about 600 points and kept saying if i quit now ile loose my place. hmm some kind of evil controller appears in your mind making you play more and more
Wee I was Striker of the day once at night aswell. I had 450 points after 2 hours :P, won every single game hehe. But I went to bed because I thought of myself as a "nerd" lol
