mario/luigi/daisy are in the all around class meaning they are all around good.

peach and toadette are in the technical class meaning have excellent ball control, are able to easily hit to the far corners of the court, have great footwork

more updates coming soon.

I am interested in what the story mode will be. The Game Boy Color had a fantastic story, it would be a let down if this one is shallow. Also, do we know if this will support online play against friends and random opponents, or tournaments?

online multiplayer is confirmed. random or friends isnt confirmed if 1 or both will be included.

not sure about tournaments yet either.

power class with wario/bowser/donkey kong/chain chomp. this class basically hits the ball harder than everyone so will be harder to hit back.

defense class with waluigi/bowser jr. this class has expandable limbs which makes them better for hitting out of reach balls.
