It seems mario is going to dominate the Wii because of upcoming games like:
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Mario strikers ChargedMario Party 8
Super Paper Mario
Super Mario Galaxy
I wouldent be suprised if they made a another Mario kart.

[QUOTE="killerkop"]Dude what planet are you from?ZeroG14Earth,you? And yes i know its a kinda retarted topic its just marios just over running the Wii. I think he means that, Mario Kart is confirmed for the Nintendo Wii. How about you do some research, before posting. I know your level one, and it might sound a little harsh, but it's true.
Sorry man, no suprise to any of the threaders here. Mario has been around since day 1 of nintendo. Mario games are awesome and always welcomejonzilla_basicSorry, mario came about 80 years later. Get your facts right.

Actually, that's not true. Before Mario and Donkey Kong, Nintendo had:
-Game and Watch
-Loads and loads of playing cards from the late 1800's/early 1900's.
Cheak your Nintendo history.

I would kick mario in the nuts! He lost his edge when he went 3D for me. Jon_Sly
If Mario were a real person, he'd be able to jump up and stomp on you, or whap you with his cape, or throw fireballs at you, or smash you flat with a hammer. I doubt you could ever get close enough to kick him in the nuts.

Who cares. That doesn't stop the fact that this topic is a waste. *Wonders if Mickey Mouse is still the biggest Disney Mascot?*
[QUOTE="thegame27_basic"]I still think Link is the best Nintendo has to offer.Jaysonguy
I don't know, Link isn't that popular in the mainstream.
Everyone knows Mario while most of the people think the lead character is Zelda because they don't know his real name is Link
I know that, but I think Link's games are more consistant at being great, while Mario's really aren' (He is still awesome, don't get me wrong).if mario kart does come out, I would prefer using a gamecube controller over the wiimote. I feel that the wiimote would be very difficult to use BonesNFG
If it doesn't use the remote, it should at least use the Classic Controller, I feel using the GC controller for Wii games would be a step backwards. Anyway, Mario Kart for Wii should use the remote. There's nothing wrong with using the remote for steering, if it's done right. It can be done right, Warioware had some steering minigames and they worked perfectly.

mmmmm wouldn;t using the classic controoller be a bigger step backwords?LOL Btw i believe they have the chance to do some much needed innovation on the franchise with the wiimote and i am sure they won;t pass on this opportunity. I think it would be fnu if they used the nunchack for kart and the wiimote tothrow weapons and punches to close karts.I would be incredibly surprised if they DIDN'T make a Mario Kart for the Wii.LitchieYa I think it is probably the best series he is in.

How could using the classic controller be a bigger step backwards than using the GC controller? The classic controller is new, the GC controller is old.
mmmmm...the classic controller mime the old nintendo controller what is older then that?[QUOTE="aransom"][QUOTE="longhair72"] mmmmm wouldn;t using the classic controoller be a bigger step backwords?longhair72

mmmmm...the classic controller mime the old nintendo controller what is older then that?It may look like the SNES controller, but it's got two analog sticks, two extra shoulder buttons, and it's wireless, how is that old? And you can leave out the 'mmmmm'. You don't need to type out that you're thinking. If you're carving a message and you die you don't carve out "Arrrrgggghhhh".
