at the moment, we don't know. everythign we know was what was said at the press conference.

We do know that there will be some diferences though. but it unlikely to be major changes. If you compare any 2 mario karts released one after the other, there is not much diference, but if you compare the first and most recent one, there is a massive diference, the mario kart series slowly evolves rather than making imidiate ground breaking changes.

Well at least this is not going to be like Double Dash!! But one thing that is similar is that the cars arent karts like in the first ones and i think thats kinda cool,at least that you can bounce with them !abyssion100

I disagree, it's the best in the series so far when it comes to a lot of it's features IMO.

ONLINE. some other tracks, other cars, some new weapons.

Anyone notice how there were 12 ish karts on one level... now thats definately cool. Imagine 12 player wifi!

But yeah. Take DD+ graphics, use DS controls(with analog and/or motion), add characters, add wifi, add items, add stages, charge 50, and you have a pretty decent mariokart game. idk if i'll be getting it until late 08 though

BTW my mk preference

DS > N64 > SNES > GC > GBA

DS: online, great controls, so many levels, looked great, awesome fun
N64: so wacky and fun for its time... countless partieswith this game
SNES: back in teh day, this was one awesome game
GC: looked ok, played ok, it was ok
GBA: idky, but i just didn't like this game. controls just didn't work for me.
