WHY? If the card you have isn't an option and buying a Wii points card isn't an option, then that would lead to the assumption that downloading game from the VC isn't an option.

Are you six? if so-ask mom to bring you to the mall and buy you some Wii points.
You do realize the merchants have to pay fees to credit companies for carrying them,don't you? It makes better since to target what 90% of the population is using instead of spending money what the other 10% are may have in their pocket.
