How about just plain "Backward-ass ugly" seriouly folks, why is this getting so much hype. The game will NEVER get above a 7.0 here, you can quote me on that. BoloTheGreat

it might get some graphics award or something and maybe a multiplayer type award other than that i dont think it deserves anything. The story is unoriginal the music will probably not be better than LKS and I highly doubt it gets something as big as game of the year.

It fails because it's in a genre that has recently exploded and there are 20 million other titles out there that look much better. The control scheme is the major thing this has going for it,

The only award it will be getting at this rate is : Most Overhyped Game Of The Year.

Even more so than KillZone 2. And that's saying something.

The crap version of World at War got a 8.5, so are you saying that it will be worse than that half-*** port.

I don't think so, it will score no lower than the score that World at War got, so no lower than 8.5, but more likely 9.0 because it will most likely be alot better than that WWII game.

First, this game is more desireable that a crap WWII shooter. I'll take generic corridor shooter any day to a game that takes place in the 40s.

Second, this game will blow away Little Kings Story which looks just like the very low quality shovelware that is plaguing Wii.

The game will be good, but it will probably get a 7.5-8 here.

I very rarely ever share the same opinions with Gamespot so it will be hard to predict the score they give it.

I could care less what Gamespot reviews this game for because they are very biased against the Wii.

Gamespot obviously doesn't care about how derivative the game looks. They did score WaW an 8.5, after all.

In the whole spectrum of review sources, I'm most interested in seeing Gamespot's review of this game because they never got sucked into the hype machine. And since whoever reviews it will undoubtedly have plenty of experience with FPSs from other consoles apart from the Wii, it should be interesting to see how it's received here.

Those are pretty good scores from those European outlets. They're the same ones that gave mixed reviews of Madworld and mixed previews of The Conduit. If you're rooting for The Conduit stay clear of those outlets and GS.

If you think that LKS is going to be able to compare to the Conduit, there's something wrong.

LKS looks like a N64 game, The Conduit looks like a 360 game.

LKS is a strategy game that is light on strategy, The Conduit is an FPS, which is always a good game.

LKS has no form of multiplayer, at all, The Conduit has 12 person online with game modes unique to it.

LKS has text, The Conduit has voice acting.

It is clear that The Conduit will far surpass LKS.

It's already won my "please release this game so people will STFU about it" award:x..............:|who am I kidding, The Conduit will never leave these forums for a long time.:( This game deserves a look into, but all this hype is totally unwarrented. The graphics are not that great and it's one of the most hype features(only runs at 30fps)(SMG looks better and THAT runs at 60fps/MP3 doestoo). This game is going to flop big time because of all this hype.

If you think that LKS is going to be able to compare to the Conduit, there's something wrong.

This man speaks the truth. Let's stop hyping that wants to be the same when we are getting games that are different. I'm going to get Excitebots, Punch Out, and Little King's Story because they will all probably be better than this.

The only sites I go to for reviews of games are here, IGN, Gametrailers, G4, and Zero Punctuation. Because these guys are usually right.

Nintendo is the best development team on the planet, even they put out a crap game once in a while(Wii Music). So this Marvelous team is no different.

1. Super Mario Galaxy has a simple, artistic, visual style.

Super Mario Galaxy had superb visuals and technically impressive visual effert that are absent in LKS.

2. As a serious PC gamer, I can say you are blatantly wrong by saying no one likes RTS'.

I to am a PC gamer, you think just because you like RTS suddenly every PC gamer likes them

It was fun, haven't touched it in months, reason, no myltiplayer. Had more play time in L4D.

4. SMG had text.

With only like, what, 4 lines of text each level it is not a chore.

5. Each game will be great in its area, that is certain. You can't downplay LKS for not having features that an FPS game has.

We will see, I will rent LKS when it comes out to only prove my point of its low quality.

Since when did a 6.5=crap?

The Conduit is just another shooter game, it has nothing new, that is what makes shooters good, Gears, Tactical cover, system with an easy to control interface, (It was a controlgasm for me) and it had Unreal 3 engine which blew away all other titles out for 360 graphics wise.

So someone tell me why we should award conduit an award, I bet the Next zelda game will have the best graphics on Wii this year anyway, Expect to J-J-J- IIIIIzzzizzziizz in yo pants.

Oh and I'll prolly end up buying this game anways, despite the horrible graphics style, and overall misuse oof wiis graphical prowess
