We need A DS metroid that goes back to its roots.Im not precisely sure if there is one comming out or not!If someone could inform me that would be great

It was just a rumor, and nothing more. Nothing has been announced, and if there was one being developed it would have been announced at E3.

You can actually get a greater gameplay with 2d, larger maps ... and the most important OLD-SCHOOL FACTOR. I say this because of castlevania remake on the psp, i realize that i prefer sprites (like in dawn of sorrow, or Portrait of ruin) more than 3d models in 2d gameplay...
Yes, i want metroid dread too, its not cancelled, if you say its cancelled please give a link proving that, nintendo gave a hope for metroid dread.
