I have never played a Metroid Prime game so I am wondering of what kind of First Person Shooter this game is going to be. Is it a free rome game like the Zelda series or is it where you have to beat levels?

It's kind of a free roam game. It's like Zelda; there's a lot of backtracking and plenty of things to do to keep you busy. It's a great series and you should definitely play the other Prime games (especially Metroid Prime 1:D)I have never played a Metroid Prime game so I am wondering of what kind of First Person Shooter this game is going to be. [QUOTE="cam2009"]You usually need to be in a pretty small closed in area or a hallway, but you do need to roam around a little and backtrack. I guess kind of like Red Steel.skine99I dont think thats what hes asking. I just meant that you aren't stuck somewhere where you have to finish a puzzle just to go somewhere else. You can free roam anywhere. But there are missions you need to do, and to do them, you'll need to follow a certain path. But there is a lot of backtracking and moving around whatever level you're on.

the term your looking for is mission-based
i have never played metroid b4 either would you have to play the others to understand corruptionjunklax
Corruption is ending the Prime trilogy, so...maybe. The first two weren't exaclty plot-heavy, so you haven't missed much.Â
