Is metroid prime 3 worth the money??

No, it is a joke to shooter games. CoD WaW is amazing!

Both could have better graphics but CoD is INSANE!

Apples and oranges.

MP3 is an adventure game, just like Zelda, only it's sci-fi themed and in first person. Comparing it to shooters like CoD is an insult, IMO. I hate shooters, but I love the Primes.

Metroid Prime 3 isn't your typical FPS. So, to compare it to WaW is like comparing a car to a shoe.

Wrong. MP3 is published by nintendo. Not developed. and if you want to take publishers into account Activision Published CoD5. And i think you miight have heard of them once or twice before

yes I know Activision,and I played Cod4 many times, it just awesome, but you know Cod5 is not as good as 4.

yes I know Activision,and I played Cod4 many times, it just awesome, but you know Cod5 is not as good as 4.

CoD W@W is not COD5 by the way...(CoD5 is in development atm) And it was developed by Treyarch, which developed most of the other CoD games. W@W received pretty well critically actually, the only reason people hate on it is that it's "just another" ww2 shooter. And I agree that you can't compare MP3 to a typical FPS, it's just wrong...

Metroid is alot of fun initially but begins to get stale about halfway through, and I found myself wondering around and board alot. World At War has much more action and is fun all the way through, however you can easily play through World At War over your average weekend, Metroid will take a few weeks.

I mostly hate competative FPSs. They mostly consist of you shooting other people in the back of the head. Don't even get me started on snipers. They are a cowards game. I prefer fighters. there's no running, hiding, or backstabbing. It's face to face, man to man. Metroid Prime is an exceptional game. Almost a masterpiece. Call of Duty? No way! Valve's the company to look at for FPSs (Half Life, Team Fortress, Portal). Left 4 dead isn't so good though.

I'm probably one of the only people here who loves FPS games, but Metroid has wonderful graphics and an interesting story mode. I love CoD, but I can't say it tramples MP3 in any way, it really depends on what you like.

I didn't enjoy anything about the first six missions, AT ALL. And even after that, the game only got a little better. So the whole "fun all the way" thing is definitely opinion based.

Metroid isn't a shooter game, durp. It's an action-adventure game. And it's miles better than CoD WaW (miles better than the superior PC/360/PS3 versions too).

CoD WaW is the same generic crap we've been playing for years now.

Retro IS Nintendo. They are 100% owned. It'd be like if Nintendo EAD or Tokyo was called *insert name here* Studios.

Metroid Prime 3 is my favorite game ever along with ssbb , and i never got bored with it and i've beat it 4 or 5 times on all difficulties . CoDWAW is a good game tho

Metroid is an FPS with a little backtracking to call "exploring." It's a fun shooter with some adventure elements. COD has better controls than MP3, and it has online. They both are good, but COD is too short, and MP3 lacks online.

Retro is not Nintendo. Just because they have put out some Nintendo IP based games doesnt mean it is Nintendo. Rare is/was owned by microsoft, but they still made games for Nintendo. A few months ago in my Game Informers, there was even an article saying that Retro is going to make games for all consoles now that Prime is over. Aside from that, you can't compare the too games. Is WoW that same is Zelda???No, Metriod is an adventure game, CoD is a shooter. Personally, Metriod is a better game. More original then another bland WWII game. COD is an over done series, that everyone will forget about next year because there will be another one out. Metriod is a 20+ year old series, and the Prime triology is amazing. I think i'm going to compare No more Hereos to Star wars because they each use lightsabers. Come on...

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONLINE MULTIPLAYER, WORLD AT WAR IS INFERIOR TO METROID PRIME 3 IN EVERY WAY:

- GRAPHICS ARE MUCH BETTER

- RUNS AT 60 FRAMES PER SECOND, OVER DOUBLE THAT OF WORLD AT WAR
