If you mean the colour of Samus' suit, then I don't think you can. You are sometimes given a different coloured suit depending on how many people are playing as that character.
NO BY COLORS I MEAN JUST THE COLORS OF HUNTERS IN GENERAL. LIKE HOW DO U TURN KANDEN RED OR NOXUS BLACK. LIKE THAT.METASNIPE
That was also what I was trying to get at. The color of the hunters only changes if 2 or more players play as the same hunter. You don't get to pick which color you are though.
